If you’ve been lucky enough to get your hands on our seasonal savoury danish lately, then you've tasted some of the freshest Asparagus the Waikato has to offer, thanks to our friends at Greenfern Les Asperges who have been growing premium asparagus since 2003.

Some things just belong together – crispy fried chicken and a soft, golden Volare Butter Bun are one of them. This burger brings both to the table (or the backyard barbecue) with juicy, spice-packed chicken, a creamy blue cheese sauce, and just the right amount of heat.

Tucked inside Waipuna Park in Welcome Bay, Tauranga, you’ll find Pippy’s Pantry – a container café with a big heart, strong community ties, and cabinets stocked with plenty of Volare goods. 

It takes a village to keep Volare running, and these are the faces behind your favourite sourdough, pastries, pies, and deliveries. From the early-morning bakers and pastry chefs to the delivery drivers and managers making sure everything runs smoothly, this crew is the heart of our bakery.
