Introducing Focaccini

Meet Focaccini — our new mini focaccia, baked fresh in-store and designed for everyday eating.
It’s made using the same dough as our much-loved Focaccia Folds (the ones we use in our Chimichurri Chicken sandwich), just baked flat instead. The result is soft, olive-oil rich bread with a light crumb and crisp edges – perfect fresh or toasted.
Our first version is topped with cherry tomatoes, feta, and basil. Simple, balanced, and made for summer lunches. Grab one warm from the cabinet, or have it toasted to order.
Seasonal flavours
Focaccini isn’t a fixed thing. Like much of what we bake, it will change with the seasons – different toppings, different flavours, always built on the same focaccia base.
Think of it as a canvas. What’s fresh. What’s in season. What makes sense right now.
