New Product: Focaccia Fold 4-Pack

If you’ve had our Chimichurri Chicken Sandwich, you already know the bread is half the magic. Those soft, chewy focaccia pockets — the ones people keep asking about – are now available as a 4-pack for home delivery and in all Volare stores.
We call them our Focaccia Folds. A small batch, handcrafted product that’s been in the works for a while, made for people who want great bread without overthinking it.
Handcrafted Folds With Character
Each fold starts with our signature focaccia dough:
- slow-fermented
- olive-oil-kissed
- golden on the outside
- full of airy bubbles inside
Because they’re shaped by hand, no two are the same. Some are a little taller, some a little wider – all of them intentional. These are beautiful misfits, made in the same spirit as the bread that started Volare in the first place.
Why We Decided to Make Them Available
When we launched the Chimichurri Chicken sandwich, the feedback was immediate. People loved the chicken, the hummus, the roasted capsicum – but they really loved the fold itself. Enough to ask if they could buy them on their own.
It didn’t take long for the requests to pile up, so we turned the idea into reality. Now you can take them home and build your own version – or something completely different.
How to Use Focaccia Folds
They’re versatile and work with just about anything. A few ideas:
- Pile on burrata, prosciutto, and tomatoes
- Build a proper lunch sandwich
- Toast and dip them in olive oil
- Tear them apart at the table with friends
- Fill with grilled vegetables or chimichurri chicken
- Serve warm with soups or salads
They’re chewy, rustic, and easy to work with – the kind of bread that upgrades whatever you’re making.
