We take a traditional approach to baking all of our products which means that our process is slow. All of our bread and pastries are fermented for at least 36 hours to achieve a deeper flavour profile and texture. Click here to learn more about our techniques.
All of our sourdough loaves are made using traditional techniques and therefore do not contain additives and are naturally Vegan and Halal (because any alcohol created in the ferment is baked off) but some of our other products are not (i.e: pastries contain dairy.)

All of our products are baked fresh using the finest ingredients that are available to us and we do not use additives or preservatives, which is why our products do not have as long a shelf life as many mass-produced products that you'll find in the supermarkets.
We take our time with every product and bake in small batches using age-old techniques that give our products that deep flavour profile and texture that you all love.
