At Volare Bread, we want every customer to be delighted with our products. We take pride in baking everything fresh daily and delivering it the same day. If you’re local, one of our trusted drivers will bring it straight to you, and if you’re a bit further away, we’ll arrange a reliable same-day courier service.
We understand that, occasionally, things may not go as planned. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your product, please reach out to us. To help us continually improve our service, we ask that you keep proof of the issue where possible. This may include photographs or holding onto the product if it’s safe to do so, and we’ll arrange a return where applicable.
If the issue with your product is due to something on our end, we’re happy to offer a replacement. However, please note that we cannot replace items due to personal preferences or if the product has been poorly stored or mistreated after delivery.
