Our Pain au Levain blends wholemeal and rye flours for a richer crumb and a more rounded flavour – less tang, more depth. The crust bakes dark and robust, while the inside stays soft and even.
Pre-sliced for ease, it’s an everyday loaf that works just as well for toast as it does for sandwiches.
