Recipe: Loaded Garlic Bread

Who can resist the aroma of garlic bread fresh from the oven? At Volare Bread, we’re all about taking classic recipes and giving them a delicious twist. Our Loaded Garlic Bread takes this beloved favorite to a whole new level with a rich blend of garlic, anchovies, and a hint of spice. Whether you’re hosting a cozy dinner or just craving a savory snack, this recipe is perfect for adding a burst of flavor to your meal. With just a few simple ingredients and the popular Volare Bread Ciabatta, you’ll have a warm, crispy treat that’s sure to impress.

1 Ciabatta Loaf
125g Butter, softened
3-4 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 Anchovies, chopped
1 Tbsp Parsley, finely chopped
1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
1/2 tsp Flake Salt

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Slice ciabatta through the middle so you have two flat pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, combine all other ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over bread and place both pieces butter side up on baking tray.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy on the edges.
  6. Serve while warm!

If some of the mixture is left over, keep in a jar in the fridge. Increase garlic, anchovies and chilli flakes if you don’t mind more of a kick, or try adding grated Parmesan cheese as an alternative.
