Volare Grain Sourdough is built on a base of rye and wholemeal flours, lightly sweetened with molasses and packed with flaxseed, pumpkin, sesame, and sunflower seeds. The result is a dense, nutty crumb with plenty of texture and a rich, balanced flavour.

Pre-sliced for convenience, it’s a proper, filling loaf that holds up to anything from simple toast to loaded sandwiches.

Why Sourdough?

Sourdough is bread the way it’s meant to be. No shortcuts. Just flour, water, salt, and patience.

Made slowly using natural fermentation, it develops deeper flavour, better texture, and a subtle tang that sets it apart. Time does the heavy lifting – breaking down the dough, building structure, and creating a loaf that’s easier to digest.
