Lucy's Gluten Free - The Fruity One - is loaded with sultanas, dried apricots, dried cranberries, and mixed spices. It's the perfect substitute for Hot Cross Buns and comes pre-cut with thick slices (thicker than shown in the photos) that are perfect for lapping up all the butter or coconut oil!

ABOUT LUCY'S

Lucy resolved to take a simpler approach to Gluten Free bread: no dairy, no egg, no wheat. Just good proper bread that happens to be Gluten Free.

All of her loaves are made by hand, so each loaf is unique and may differ in shape. Focusing on using less ingredients – but better ingredients – you'll notice that they don't have a long shelf life and are made to be eaten fresh.
