Lucy's Gluten Free - The Sourdough One - is an award-winning free-form sourdough bread that's been fermented for 18 hours and is made with Sorghum, Millet, Brown Rice and Tapioca Flours, Potato Starch and Psyllium Husk. Our favourite for toasting and topping with delicious condiments, like all of Lucy's loaves, it comes pre-sliced and sealed in paper-recyclable packaging.

Please note: The Sourdough One is best when toasted and although it is baked and delivered fresh, it does not have a long shelf life like other Gluten Free breads because it doesn't contain a bunch of additives and preservatives.
