This rustic yet refined, olive-studded limited-edition loaf is handmade to order, slowly fermented for 18 hours, and baked to perfection. No gluten, dairy, nuts or soy, this herb-kissed bake is pre-sliced and just a tad fancy, with the same signature taste and texture Lucy’s is known for.

ABOUT LUCY'S
Lucy resolved to take a simpler approach to Gluten Free bread: no dairy, no egg, no wheat. Just good proper bread that happens to be Gluten Free.
All of her loaves are made by hand, so each loaf is unique and may differ in shape. Focusing on using less ingredients – but better ingredients – you'll notice that they don't have a long shelf life and are made to be eaten fresh.
