Comes pre-sliced, it's made with Sourdough Culture, Brown Rice, Millet, Sorghum, and Tapioca Flours, Mixed Seeds and Psyllium Husk. ABOUT LUCY'S

Lucy resolved to take a simpler approach to Gluten Free bread: no dairy, no egg, no wheat. Just good proper bread that happens to be Gluten Free.

All of her loaves are made by hand, so each loaf is unique and may differ in shape. Focusing on using less ingredients – but better ingredients – you'll notice that they don't have a long shelf life and are made to be eaten fresh.
