For those not quite ready to say goodbye to Easter. Our limited edition Semi-Sourdough Fruit Loaf is packed with sultanas, cranberries, and dried apricots, gently spiced and naturally fermented for extra flavour. Lightly toasted with plenty of butter, it’s hard to beat.

Made slowly using natural fermentation, it develops deeper flavour, better texture, and a subtle tang that sets it apart. Time does the heavy lifting – breaking down the dough, building structure, and creating a loaf that’s easier to digest.

We use premium, natural ingredients and a long fermentation process to bring out real flavour – no additives, preservatives, or shortcuts. Each loaf is slow-made and carefully handled to capture the depth, texture, and authenticity of true handcrafted bread.
