Fresh Flavours for Spring

07 October 2025

Asparagus Danish on a plate next to a potted plant

Spring has arrived, and so have a few new things in our cabinets. We’re leaning into the season with crisp greens, bright flavours, and a couple of Danish pastries that make the most of fresh produce.

Asparagus & Crème Fraiche Danish

Flaky Danish pastry piled with new-season asparagus, creamy lemon crème fraiche, and a touch of Gruyere. Finished with a ricotta–crème fraiche–chive whip for extra lift. It’s spring on a plate and it's made with fresh Asparagus from just down the road at Cambirdge's Greenfern so it doesn't get much better than that!

Strawberry & White Chocolate Cheesecake Danish

Our traditional buttery pastry, layered with white chocolate cheesecake filling, strawberry compote, and malt biscuit crumble. Sweet, rich, and a little bit nostalgic.

Spring Salads (rotating weekly)

We’re rolling out a rotating line-up of fresh salads to keep your lunch interesting:

  • Roast Chicken, Potato & Salsa Verde salad, made with free-range chicken, golden potatoes, carrots, and a punchy herb sauce.
  • Chicken Pesto Orzo salad, made with lemon chicken, orzo, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, baby spinach, and creamy basil pesto mayo.
  • Harissa Chicken salad, made with smoky harissa-spiced chicken with Israeli couscous, toasted cashews, and sultanas for sweetness.

Check our Instagram to see which one is on the menu each week.

Fig & Walnut Loaf

One more loaf worth mentioning: our Fig & Walnut sourdough. It’s back for the season and makes the ultimate base for French toast. We’ve even put together a recipe for you to try – Fig & Walnut French Toast. Order your loaf online here or pick one up in-store.
