We’ve taken our classic banana bread and given it the chocolate treatment. Each loaf is folded with ripe bananas and chunks of Belgian Callebaut chocolate – the kind pastry chefs swear by for its smooth melt and deep cocoa flavour.
The result? A tender, golden crumb with pockets of molten chocolate, lightly caramelised edges, and a finish that tastes like home (if your home smells like a bakery).
