New Bakery & New Store

OUR NEW GALLAGHER DRIVE STORE

They say good things take time – and after 16 years of baking bread the old-fashioned way, we’re kind of proof of that.

In case you missed it on our socials (or in the newspaper), yes – we’ve moved! Good news is, it’s only 500 metres down the road to 45 Gallagher Drive, but the change has been anything but small.

Our new space is open and airy, with loads of natural light, plenty of off-street parking, and some seriously good vibes. We’re now perched right across from the Waikato DHB building, so if you’re in the are and you're after a good coffee and a pain au chocolat, you know where to find us.

This is our third move in Hamilton, but every step has been a level-up. We started out on Kahikatea Drive, then shifted up the road to Gallagher, and now we’ve landed here – still close to where it all began, but with a whole lot more room to grow. Literally. As the Waikato Times recently reported, our new bakery has the capacity to quadruple production. (Yep. We’re getting serious now.)

This move has been part of a bigger glow-up for us – new bakery, new merch, new awards… and a fresh energy that we can feel every day from our team and our customers. It’s not just about baking more bread. It’s about doing it better – giving our bakers more room to move, our retail crew more space to shine, and our customers an even better experience.

If you haven’t visited the new store yet, consider this your sign. It’s bigger, brighter, and smells just as good (if not better). Come for the pastries, stay for the coffee, and soak up the buzz of something new that still feels very us.
