Our Roast Onion Sourdough is slow-fermented for 48 hours, shaped into a rustic boule, and packed with the deep, savoury flavour of slow-roasted onions. It’s the kind of loaf that belongs alongside winter soups, roast dinners, and anything that comes out of a Dutch oven.

Expect a chewy open crumb and the unmistakable aroma of roasted onion in every slice.

Online orders arrive Tuesday or Friday mornings (early to midday) across Auckland, Waikato, and the Bay of Plenty. Fresh from our ovens, straight to your door.

Backed Fresh to Order

We bake every loaf to order, so we ask for 48 hours’ notice. That gives us time to mix, shape, and bake it the night before delivery, so it reaches you at its very best.

We offer free delivery on orders of $60 or more. Store pickup is also available Tuesday to Saturday at any Volare location.
