Every loaf is baked to order in the early hours of the morning, then delivered fresh across Auckland, Waikato and the Bay of Plenty.

We use premium, natural ingredients and a long fermentation process to bring out real flavour – no additives, preservatives, or shortcuts.

Each loaf is slow-made and carefully handled to capture the depth, texture, and authenticity of true handcrafted bread.
