A modern twist on a classic. We’ve taken buttery Danish pastry, filled it with spiced apple and locally grown feijoa, and finished it with a generous swirl of creamy custard. It’s everything you want from a winter treat – warm, fruity, nostalgic – without being overly sweet.

Potato & Leek Danish

Savoury more your thing? This one’s for you. Think slow-cooked leeks and soft potato layered onto flaky pastry with a sharp cheddar finish. It’s hearty, humble, and just the right amount of indulgent.
