Easter Hours + Big News from the Bakery!

We’ve got two delicious updates to share this week – one for your long weekend planning, and one we’ve been *dying* to tell you about…
Easter Opening Hours
Whether you're after hot cross buns, a loaf of your favourite sourdough, or something sweet to take to brunch – here’s when you’ll find us open this Easter:
- Good Friday (March 29): Closed
- Saturday (March 30): Open regular hours
- Easter Sunday (March 31): Open regular hours
- Easter Monday (April 1): All stores closed – except Grey Street (Made Markets), which will be open
You’ll also find us at the Cambridge Farmers Market on Saturday and the Hamilton Farmers Market on Sunday, both running from 8am–12pm – stocked up with hot cross buns, fresh loaves, and all your favourites.
What’s Happening at Grey Street on Easter Monday?
While our bakery ovens take a well-deserved break, the team at Grey Street will be firing things up in-store. We’ll be baking fresh pastries on site, serving up toasted sandwiches, hot food, and fresh coffee. You’ll also find yesterday’s bread (still perfect for toasting) and – if the stars align – a few last Hot Cross Buns too.
Perfect for a relaxed Easter Monday wander.
We’ve Moved!
Our Main Bakery store on Gallagher Drive has officially shifted! Don’t worry – we haven’t gone far. In fact, we’ve just moved about 500 metres down the road to join our brand new bakery at 45 Gallagher Drive.
This means our retail store and production bakery are now under the same roof, making it easier for us to serve you fresh-from-the-oven goods every single day. The space is bigger, brighter, and purpose-built for what we do best – baking.
We’re thrilled to finally open the doors and show you around.

Volare Store Hours
All of our retail stores will be open with regular hours over the holiday period – only closing for public holidays – and will be fully stocked with all of your favourite baked goods, cabinet food, and coffee.
