Q. How do I change my order, place a standing order or make an order?

Your very first order should be set up with our Sales Manager, Cameron Hunter.
Once your account is established, you can call in your order anytime on 07 847 1206 and press 2.

Q. When are deliveries made?

We allow a 2-hour delivery window. We will work with you to arrange a delivery time that works for you.
Our vans are on the road from 6.00am onwards, 7 days per week.

Q. What days do Volare make wholesale deliveries?

Volare bakes and delivers 7 days a week in the Hamilton metro area. All out of area deliveries are subject to individual courier criteria.

Q. What is the order cut-off time if I already have an account?

All orders must be placed before 3.00pm the day before they are required (eg place an order before 3.00pm Thursday for an order to arrive Friday morning).

Q. How do I set up a wholesale account for a daily delivery?
